Almost my entire Sam Ash career has been spent at our Paramus, NJ location. I started out as a keyboard sales associate and worked my way up the ranks from department manager to sales manager. Ultimately, I was promoted to general manager in 2005, and I've been here ever since apart from a 9 month stint as the general manager of our Edison location in 2007. I'm a graduate of Ramapo College of NJ with a degree in music and concentration in composition and production. I'm a veteran gigging keyboard player who to this day continues to perform regularly with a number of local bands as well as serving as a substitute for a national touring act. My wife, Kristina, and I have two great daughters. Despite having two teenage girls in the house, I've somehow managed to keep my hair. My hobbies include composing and recording original music in my small home studio, synthesizer programming, cooking/grilling, and attending NY Jets games. My goal at our store is to always provide our customers with a great experience. If you'd like to tell me about your experience, please don't hesitate to contact me directly by phone or email. I began as a keyboard salesman working under Tom Wooley, who at the time was the Keyboard Department Manager. I have since moved the Pro Audio Department, became the PA Manager, then served a lengthy stint as Senior Dept. Sales Manager. This past summer I was promoted to Sales Manager, becoming Tom's #2, having been his #1 go to guy. I am a working DJ and Club promoter, with a lot of studio production experience. I am Vice President of Stained Glass Recording Studio in Weehawken, and an accomplished vocal artist [Rap and Spoken Word]. Unlike my commander in chief I am a die hard NY football Giants fan. I also cheer on all other NY sports teams including the Knicks, Mets, Yankees, Rangers, Devils, and Jets. I love my home teams, having been born in Brooklyn, and living in the tri-state most of my life. I spent a few years in D.C. where I attended Howard University, winning awards for rapping and spoken word poetry.
